A Little About
​Myself.

I'm Simon Williams-Im.

I'm living in Toronto.

Since arriving in Toronto, I have been working for a COVID-19 Food program that ended in June 2021.

Alongside my job, I was taking a remote Freelance Journalism class at the College of Media and Publishing (England) as I want to refresh my skills in the sector.

I've launched my own medium account here and even took a few French and Korean classes over the past year!

I will join a Public Relations course at Seneca in the fall of 2021 to update my skills and gain that essential, Canadian experience.

My previous educational experiences include my first degree in Media and Communication and a Master's in International Studies.

Previously, I have lived around the world including nearly 8 years in South Korea working as an ESL instructor.a journalist in England, Canada and Israel and communications assistant in Belgium. Alongside a range of office and retail-based roles in Birmingham (England) and Toronto and Vancouver, Canada.

I am an enthusiastic, creative journalist, ESL instructor, communicative, and operations administrator.

I love art (drawing and exploring galleries) along with reading, travel, and even some Netflix!
